    The Cure!

    I tried the stretches and cortisone shots but the flexbar is what actually cured my tennis elbow. I started with the green bar and recently purchased the blue because I use them on an ongoing basis to prevent tennis elbow from coming back.

    Back to martial arts training

    I am a Hapkido practitioner (martial art) and do some weight training. I had a bad case of tennis elbow that did not improve with meds, Physical Therapy or cortisone shots.
