Appearance- Very Good - Operation-Speed Decrease button finicky.
Mostly the item did work and the appearance was good for the age of it. It appeared to me, someone had used a black marker to hide a couple of cosmetic issues. It actually worked ok to conceal, as it was minor flaw. All of the buttons worked as designed except the speed reduction button. It worked, but not without pushing on it hard and sometimes it took repeated attempts to respond. For me, it worked out as I took the controller apart and replaced the control board with the one I took off of my vehicle. It was a minor inconvenience. I purchased it primarily for the buttons themselves as mine had the color worn off. If my old one had not been working, I would have returned it. The buttons you shipped me do not work. I installed and nothing worked, so I re-installed the old ones, which work fine. I was replacing them due to cosmetic deficiencies. It would be nice if you tested products before shipping them to customers, now I am out almost $30.
