    NAS4Free Compatible

I bought this NIC (Network Interface Card) to use in a NAS box running NAS4Free software. It was recommended by other users and does work great. No issues with drivers. The card also worked fine with Windows 10 Pro 64bit. Intel cards seem to be a little pricey but usually work well and have good driver support.

  • Works problem free

The built-in drivers installed automatically in Ubuntu Wily and W7. In W7, I updated the driver without a hitch to the current one from Intel's site. I only wish the giant Internet retailers packed as well (no bouncing around inside), sent out as promptly, and the delivery service (USPS first class) was as quick.

  • Works well but...

Cannot use Windows 10 Intel driver, Windows 10 forces its own driver. Card works well. With Windows 10 but cannot use intels software. This is an older versioning of the card. I get the 1gbs connection speed with my dual band 1gb router. If I would of known it was a earlier version would not of purchased it.

  • Best choice around!

Drivers for every O/S, fits small form factor machines, great replacement for Optiplex 9020's onboard solution

  • It just works

This Intel NIC just works. We have some older PCs in the lab that do that PCIe 8x slots. When the NIC built into the mobo pooped out, I just turned it off in the BIOS and installed this NIC. Win 10 had the driver and the NIC just worked like a champ. It's our GOTO repair for PCs with intermittent network connections.
