In 22 years this is my worst eBay experience yet. The buyer waited almost a month to ship my package then explained he had been hospitalized. I gave him the benefit of the doubt until I had to get eBay involved. He then shipped only 1 of 2 packages; dividing up my order. I contacted him asking him to ship the second package and he wouldn't respond. Again having to get eBay involved. He'd rather pay for me to return then to ship the second package. Makes zero sense! What a hassle this has become!
