  • The rock standard! Used this line from Paiste for the last 20+ years.

The rock standard! I've enjoyed using this line from Paiste for the last 20+ years. The brightness and attack of this cymbal is very useful for the variety of songs that I play. Whether you are using it live or in the studio, the Paiste 2002 line will allow your material to have quality and character. On a side note, I've used the "Thin Crash" and cracked it after 2 years of play. Mind you, I do play material that rocks out and has a subtle edge so, I chose the regular line of crash cymbals to extend my use. If you aren't a heavy hander, the "Thin" line of cymbals will work fine. Happy drumming!

  • 17" medium crash "RULES" !

This was a 17" medium 2002 ,....good for a ride /crash seems to sit between the even numbered cymbals as a blending tool.....nice ping as well as a classic full crash ! My feelings on a 17" crash is that it has not got the power for a loud bands though it has a crystal clean simmer it's thinness is more suitable for jazz . It opens up quickly my suggestion is to look for a deal on ebay then go through soundfiles on You tube ,....while playing some of your favorite music in the background use headphones and determine things with your own ear....we all perceive things differently !

  • Great products and affordable prices !! If its says like new its new !!!

  • This cymbal is the best cymbal series a ever played!

This is a great crash cymbal and I will keep buying this type of cymbal. Very good buy. This is not paiste top of the line but you can do any job with this series.

  • Must have sound

Love the sound reminds me of the classic crash when Pink Floyds drummer accents the chours in the song "Sorrow". I have always been a Floyd fan and the cymbals wre Paiste that he uses. Love this cymbal, fits in with the reat of my cymbsl group, great price and fantastic Ebay seller.
