Pleasing example, well described, good communications. Unfortunately, using the Ebay Global shipping programme adds incorrect import duty of 20% instead of the 5% which should apply for such numismatic items - and Ebay will not address this issue, whereas worldwide delivery companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL have all ensured that the correct tariff no and therefore duty rate is applied.
