I completely understand your frustration but feel this review is unfair I immediately addressed the mix-up before you were aware, expedited a replacement & provided updates & tracking. I acted as quick as I could with only a 10 day delay from purchasing. The item's chip on arrival was beyond my control & I offered a full refund straight away. I have been nothing but honest & professional. With 6 years of eBay experience, to say I should be avoided like the plague seems unfair for a 1 off mistake
