In diesem Zusammenhang wird sowohl auf die Perspektive der Mitarbeiterin/des Mitarbeiters als auch auf die Perspektive der Fuhrungskraft naher eingegangen. Zu Beginn wird auf die grundlegenden Anforderungen an Feedback und Reflexion eingegangen sowie die Bedeutung dieser Instrumente aus Sicht der lernenden Organisation und aus Sicht der Unternehmenskultur dargestellt. Im Anschluss folgt eine Darstellung uber den Einsatz des MitarbeiterInnengespraches als Fuhrungsinstrument. Schliesslich wird auf die Eingliederung von Feedback und Reflexion in das MitarbeiterInnengesprach eingegangen. Zu diesem Zweck werden die veranderten Anspruche der MitarbeiterInnen an Fuhrungskrafte dargelegt. Abschliessend werden die Vorteile von Feedback und Reflexion fur alle Beteiligten herausgearbeitet.
