Pleasant & trust-worthy seller ... my purchase was promptly shipped within a very reasonable time-frame. There was some sort of technical 'glitch' on seller's end that made it appear as though my order had NOT been processed ...so they boxed up another unit and shipped it out (this time eBay's shipping tracker worked) and I got the second shipment. I didn't need two ... so I contacted Seller to arrange it's return. They immediately made arrangements and item is on it's way back. Thanks!

This was a replacement for the same item, which was delivered one day earlier, but was left by UPS at the outside of the building, and was stolen within about 40 minutes. I contacted the seller, who promptly over-nighted me a replacement through Amazon Prime. Very smart thinking! It arrived today without any further problem.
