packed well, good price. reel was damaged when it arrived, selller said he didn't inspect it before shipping so agreed it probably was damaged while in his possession. seller agreed to send me another reel at 50% off and no return of the damaged reel. we both were happy with the outcome. probably one the best sellers i've had to to deal with and i won't be afraid to buy from him again.
