Seller ship the item right away, but it had some stains not identified in the photograph. The seller was apologetic and offered to refund the item with shipping and not require that I return it, which was a big relief because printing labels, buying packing tape and traveling to the post office is a big inconvenience for me. Knowing that this was an honest mistake and that the seller did everything she could to make it right, I would definitely purchase from her again. Thank you!
