Amberen Supplements
Amberen capsules are the perfect size to swallow. If you take as directed in the morning after your breakfast, I found it to be most effective for the entire day. I do not seem to have intense hot flashes, if any, and if I do get a hot flash its very mild. It also seems to curve my appetite. I still have my three meals but do not have the urge to do alot of snacking in between my meals.

Nothing has happened yet
I've only been using it for 9 days and so far I've only had more hot flashes a day!! My sleep is fine but that might be not taking an afternoon nap. I will finish up the pack and jopefully my hot flashes will have subsided!!

I love this product as I have tried alot of other menopause products and found they did not work. Before I started taking Amberen I used to wake up at least 3 times during the night feeling hot. My lack of sleep drove me crazy. It took about 2 weeks before it started working for me (others maybe different). Anyway I used to be able to buy from my local health shop now I have to get from overseas. Thank goodness for eBay other merchants charge an arm and a leg. I love this product as I have tried alot of other menopause products and found they did not work. Before I started taking Amberen I used to wake up at least 3 times during the night feeling hot. My lack of sleep drove me crazy. It took about 2 weeks before it started working for me (others maybe different). dependd on where you are at in menopause
This is a great product for beginners of menopause . I have been in menopause for yrs and have been on a natural hormone replacement program that I pay a lot for so I thought I would try this. The price was so good but, the product is not strong enough for me my hot flashes came back and I almost started my menstrual cycle again so I will have to add another estroven pill to it .
