It arrived early, which was great, but the van driver drop it over the back gate, luckily he dropped on the polystyrene end. Have put it together and it all seem ok. The leg wheel locking mechanism looks a lot better than my last walker, as we lost the bolts for this part, bought replacement but they didn't fit. This is why bought this new 1. Thank you.

Wow! I received the package two weeks early. Item is just as described. The box it came in was sturdy, but was banged up some, but the item had no damage to it. Good dispatch and delivery. On delivery the box itself was badly damaged I bought this product it was a refurbished. On opening I found some items of the kit marked and damaged which I was able to put right myself. I contacted the seller and sent photo's. They were very helpful and it showed me with a partial refund. The item is usable to force it was made for and I was lucky to find one at the price I did.
