The tiny plastic pieces just crumbled away from the iPad. Perfect snug fit but the quality of the plastic was too hard and brittle, and just crumbled. Seller promptly refunded, money, and purchased a different size and style with the same seller

We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!
