The wrong item was delivered. The seller contacted me within an hour of being notified of the circumstances. She sent a refund the same day. She was a pleasure to work with. I plan on ordering from her in the future. An A+++ seller.

The item was not delivered, but it wasn’t the seller’s fault. UPS couldn’t find me at home and reported that I refused the delivery, then returned it to the seller. The seller was very understanding and promptly refunded me. In short, the purchase wasn’t completed because of UPS, but the seller was excellent and handled the situation as best as possible.

Bought one item offered at 1.99. Only reason for 5 star. I thought shipping a little high. Mailed in flimsy thin plastic mailer that could have been easily damaged. I immediately ordered 9 more at the same time but they then charged me 2.49 each. I was expecting same 1.99 price each...AND they did not combine ship not saving anything on shipping charge.

With a Tusq nut, strings will almost never bind at the nut any more, putting an end to almost every tuning problem you may get. Most decent tuners will hold tune, and they are rarely the problem when a guitar won't hold tune. The problem is that the strings will bind at the nut, or less commonly, at the contact point(s) of the bridge. If the string can slip through these two choke points, you won't have tuning problems, assuming you have decent tuners and you wound your strings around the posts properly. Tusq is known for producing guitar nuts made of an extremely slippery material that looks like plastic, but works a lot better. Strings at pitch keep in tune, even if your technique includes a lot of bends.
