We're sorry that you had more issues with this item no mentioned on 4/12/24 As you requested the warranty information from us on April 12th, we're having trouble understanding what happened? Was the warranty utilized? As you contacted us requesting this info on April 12 and this order from March and now leaving the feedback in May, we're bit confused as to how there are new issues not mentioned previously on April 12th? We see that the product was disassembled so we assume you didn't warranty??

Poor Packaging, No Protection, Items just put in a cheep shipper bag and sent. Item not as stated in ad !! New Air tank and won't hit target at 25 feet on shooting range. Several other Members of the shooting range even remarked how cheep it was for the price...More like a 10 year old toy.IMO seller did not take reasonable care in packing OR shipping !!! You've been warned !!!!

Hello, we are still waiting for this product to be returned so we may inspect it to understand it's defect. We do not understand the negative review when nothing was mentioned to us about packaging damaging and we are sorry for that. :( Unfortunately, we requested that you returned the item and you have harassed our staff over this $40 gun instead of returning it for the refund. You don't Understand ??? Goes to prove the type of seller You Are, knowingly doing as little as possible and making it sound like you did not wrong. You've been blocked and entry made on the "group" site I belong to about sellers that fail to treat buyers, as such, buyers, for without buyers you would not be in business very long. Empty Promises just no longer work.....
