    Purchased new, sent an item from their scratch and dent section. The item description did not state this on the ebay listing. The packaging was missing some nuts bolts and washers due to damage from transit, when I requested to send me the correct hardware, they said they couldn't because it was from their scratch and dent as listed in their AMAZON listing. Rack looks good and works great after finishing install and it was a decent price, just wish they described the listing appropriately.
