The product is interesting, but I do not know why it echoes in the sound of the video. It heats up the treats if we keep it plugged in all the time (so I believe this is not good for the integrity of the treats), and I put it that I do not want the notifications but it sends them anyway. But it has been helpful. My dog waits for the treats.

It is fantastic when its online. Unfortunately it has been off line A LOT. Not sure if its due to evening thunderstorms, so the jury is out. My dog already knows the treat sound and looks up for the treat to pop out. Video quality is VERY good. The alerts that my dog has entered that room worked the first couple days and have stopped. It may be user error. I will recheck set-up. Over all If I can keep it on line I really love it. I would recommend others to try this doggy cam, who doesn't enjoy checking in on the dog, throwing a treat all while at work.

This is awesome! The only complaint I have is that sometimes the recommended treats get stuck and don’t toss correctly. Other than that it’s a great camera to check up on the dogs with. I have 3 dogs and they all come running when it makes the noise that a treat will be tossed.

I use dry dog food and it will toss out 3-5 pieces each time,with out any jamming or sticking. The hopper size is perfect.
