I bought 2 cards from this seller and one of the cards had a big chip on the top back of the card! The seller finally did refund my money for the one cards, but kept the shipping fee on the damaged card, which shorted me on my refund!! Very very petty! Not worth the eBay intervention!!

Buyer purchased 2 2023 Topps Archives Gerrit Cole base cards, priced at $0.99 each + $0.63 total shipping. He complained about the condition of 1 of the cards and I immediately refunded him $0.99. He then complained again that I didn't refund shipping. Note, shipping cost is the same whether buyer purchased 1 card or 2 cards, so shipping isn't allocated per card. At the end of the day, buyer was out of pocket a whopping $1.62 plus eBay fees and felt the need to be my 1st eBay complaint ever.
