Absolutely NOT the seller’s fault but the eBay global shipping is absolutely terrible. $33:95 to ship something which fits in a standard envelope and weighs almost nothing, with tracking that didn’t work, and almost unbelievably slow. But the seller communicates well, he told me shipping was outside his control, and the little item was as he described, so seller recommended, eBay global shipping definitely not.
