The seller created a label and then didn't ship the item. Five days after completing the purchase, I asked for a refund. It took them 7 days to reply as follows: "I sincerely apologize. We had an issue with the shipment and a family issue. This was an unnacceptable transaction and your funds / refund will be processed." I have now been waiting for 4 days for them to process my refund! What is unacceptable is their slipshod handling of my issue! If I could give zero stars, I would.
