    Claw Machine arrived pretty beat up, with a bent frame, cracked control panel, and cut power cord, claw was not secured for shipping, and the coin accepter and tokens were just loose in box, with scratched acrilic windows. BUT those are all easy fixes for me and the machine works great after a 30-minute tune up, well worth the price as I'd honestly wanted one forever but didn't want to pay almost 3 times this price to get it, very happy with the fixer-upper. honestly let me know if you get more.

Their customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The machine itself is absolutely gorgeous, with only a couple of scratches on the sides.     Seller shipped a broken and smashed claw machine. Packaging was not damaged which leads me to believe they shipped it this way. I can't comment on the quality of the machine itself as it didn't even work to test it.
