The seller shipped these fragile items in a regular thin envelope without any protective packaging. When the items arrived damaged and the seller got notified, their response was "it's up to them how they pack". If I pay almost $20 for shipping, I expect my items to be packed with care to avoid damage in shipment. They also cheated on USPS by providing minimal weight and minimal dimensions. Very dishonest and rude seller, harassed me and wrote long essays with exclamation marks.
