Scammer. Sells "real" jade that is actually plastic as verified by a local jeweler. It's scratches and has a painting over the top of the beads to fake jades natural variations. Refuses to admit they are not real. Refuses to issue, refund or send return label for a return for item not as described. This seller should be banned. Also, they say they ship from China but everything was shipped from Kentucky.
