Incompetent seller. I purchased this item on the 17th, I needed to arrive before the 28th which was when my mom was going to fly out to me in Colombia with the palm rest so I could fix my laptop, it is very difficult to get things shipped here especially specific parts. Mind you the estimate showed 23-27th arrival. By the 23rd of Feb, 6 business days after my initial purchase and 3 days after his guarantee to ship it was still NOT SHIPPED. No communication from the seller.

Unfortunately, the board they sent had a fault. It can happen, I don't hold it against them. I contacted them about it and they IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement with express shipping. Replacement works flawlessly.
Shipping was fast and good price. Packaging was superb with no chance of the item being damaged. Customer service was top notch and communication perfect. 10 stars out of 5 would recommend!!!
