    was not a good product

    The product required three hours of Netgear technical support because it could not be programmed. It was supposed to be easy and simple however, no matter what you did what steps you followed to the tea it would not pick up. It was not a good product three hours of technical support now it’s working but at the end of the day it should’ve been an exceptionally easy install. There was definitely something not right with this product.
