Didn’t receive item, submitted a claim, and seller lost their cool. Accused me of submitting a false
claim, disparaged my character, and was overall difficult to deal w even though this was a very small and simple issue. The package was insured - really felt this seller overreacted and showed poor customer service skills. Will not be doing business with this seller in the future.

Buyer made false claim/ tracking information showed that the post office was in possession of the item & it was delayed…buyer stated in M2M that they understood what was going on & that it was the post office fault .then, opened a claim against my account…so I reported buyer for false claim - sent full refund & blocked buyer from all further listing…now buyer sends negative feedback even though buyer got full refund & tracking information shows the package was delivered….buyer is a scammer !
