When I contacted them before purchasing to ask a question they were very polite and thanked me for my service! I asked if they tested it for battery life & they responded quickly. They promised it would perform at 80% of a new version of this item and more specifically the length of time it would last. They were honest and I am very happy with my purchase!

Packaging for shipment was less than spectacular, as the 3 Mac Minis were stacked on top of each other with no padding between them, and minimal packing material in the box, which allowed them to shift around and scratching each other during shipment. That said, all of the Mac Minis were operational as described, albeit a bit worse for wear due to the shipping damage.
