The packaging was Damaged and torn open The internal packaging material seemed like it was old and all the little bubbles were popped and there was only one loose piece of it in the Package and pieces Of the product were missing. the supplier basically told me to try and find the parts somewhere and send them a Receipt. I went everywhere that I could never finding the pieces that were missing. Now I’m stuck with useless hunks of metal and the story of supplier to consumer failure.
