The blu ray plyr was packed well, i bought it in original box, and it was placed in a second box, so that was good. Purchased it brand new i got it as described Value was good for me. Im using it now had to purchase the hdmi cord for it tho but it works great, came with its power cord and remote w/o batteries works great no probs.
