Item was as described by seller - like new or pre-owned, and arrived without issue in condition as described. Ran into issue with the USB dongle (it fell out after I shimmied the USB cable out of the port), and initiated a refund. However, remembering I had Allstate coverage and the 1-year warranty, I canceled the refund and contacted Maono about getting a replacement mic. Issue on that front is ongoing.
However, seller was transparent and very prompt in communication. Would recommend seller.
