Seller shipped quickly but shampoo was rancid upon arrival. (Shampoo was listed as new but it had not been sealed. So, it went bad as a result. And seller sold it to me anyway without bothering to verify integrity). At the very least, seller should have been more straightforward and noted unsealed condition of "new" shampoo bottle. Beware. Do not purchase Kerastase Reflection Bain Chromatique (or any other discontinued products) from this seller.

Product looks great, albeit a bit dusty- must've been on a shelf, waiting just for me to be the one to order it! Shipped and arrived well within the estimate. But not really worth the shipping cost when it was just rolling around in a makeshift box with no newspaper or anything to pad it. I understand shipping costs money, but do a nice-looking job of it at least, with some effort put in. I'm glad it arrived without leaks!
