    Very happy with this seller. Item arrived as described. I bought this for volunteer work I do in the field with the American Red Cross. When I contacted them before purchasing to ask a question they were very polite and thanked me for my service! I asked if they tested it for battery life & they responded quickly. They promised it would perform at 80% of a new version of this item and more specifically the length of time it would last. They were honest and I am very happy with my purchase!

    Overall a positive transaction. Packaging for shipment was less than spectacular, as the 3 Mac Minis were stacked on top of each other with no padding between them, and minimal packing material in the box, which allowed them to shift around and scratching each other during shipment. That said, all of the Mac Minis were operational as described, albeit a bit worse for wear due to the shipping damage. For my purposes, the scratches and dings don’t matter, given they are in a rack mount kit.

    It Works - Kind Of

    This is basically a range extender. Very easy to install - pretty much plug and play once you figure out where to place the units. I get two signal bars upstairs and one bar downstairs before installing the units. After installing the units as per the instructions, I get two bars upstairs and downstairs. I did notice that the closer I was to the receiving unit, the signal was more stable. I use WiFi calling for outgoing calls so signal strength is not an issue when making calls. The extender helps for incoming cell calls. With two bars downstairs, in coming cell calls don't get dropped as often in that location. It works good enough for the price paid.

    Some Signal Improvement for 4G Phones

    The system I received was not brand new. It did not come with any manual, but it was easy to find it on the web. It was easy to install. We only needed to plug in a Window Unit to pick up the signal from the cell tower, and a Coverage Unit at another location in the house for the phones to access. The Windows Unit only detected one bar of signal, whereas the phones could get up to 3 bars from the Coverage Unit. It was, however, difficult to verify how much the system was helping. SMS seems to be more consistent, but data rate for web browsing is still unacceptably slow based on the cell service alone. Perhaps the extra power from the system is not meant to overcome the low bandwidth from the one bar of signal. This system is meant to help older phones up to 4G LTE. The 5G phones seem to ...

    Good Product But Not as Described

    Overall this booster worked by taking the best signal in our area and amplify the signal inside the house. Product was not new and was repackaged/re-taped in original package. All the needed equipment and directions was included and everything is working well. Only given 3 stars because while the product works as needed and it's a good value it's not as described.

    Not helpful for us

    It did not work for us. The issue is with out ability to receive T-Mobile network service in our area rather than the product. I feel that if our signal was stronger, the booster would likely have worked.

    Crap reception becomes MINT!

    The easiest install ever! Box 1 put it in a window, plug it into a wall socket. Box 2 put it almost anywhere, plug it into wall socket - and you're DONE! I went from an on-and-off one-bar to four bars instantly. Mint reception,
