Shipping was very fast. Unfortunately they sent the wrong item (12V instead of 20V), but they were very quick to respond and gave options to resolve. I could either return the item for a full refund, or keep it and get a partial refund. I will probably use them for something, so I went with the partial refund. These are pretty easy to mix up (no markings indicating the voltage unfortunately) and they resolved very quickly.
