I regret to have to take back my initial positive feedback. After i put a 2000.00 box set of train cars i bought from seller on the track 3 where broke. Contacted seller with high hopes it would be resolved. Her response was deeply disrespectful. First she did not want to let me return it. I had to tell her I would contact ebay then she said ok to return but I DONT TRUST HER! so I’m getting them repaired.

There was a mistake on the seller’s part in sending me someone else’s order & what was supposed to take 4 days to get took 14 days. Seller did pay for the return shipping. For all the disappointment & delay in getting it & me repackaging everything, driving a total of 20 miles (round trip) to get to UPS & back to return it. I requested for all the inconveniences a little more discount off my original purchase price. I got a hard no. Not nice. I agree w/ others too, her shipping costs are high.
