The mugs, packaging and box smelled like cigarette smoke like crazy. Slow shipping, seller held item for a week before shipping. But I guess they make it here without getting broken...........

I do not feel the problem was with the seller but with how it was listed on Ebay. I ordered four things at the same time, so when they charged my account, I assumed (a really bad idea) the charges for shipping was included like the other three items. I have no issues with the seller but in this age of scammers, I did not want to share my credit card info with the seller since EBay already had it. It doesn t matter who is at fault, the problem has been resolved. I have no issues with the seller.
