My opinion & experience with this seller is that they are moral thieves. Item description states genuine Dell Battery which is purely false. The same non genuine battery is up for sale by other eBay sellers for 40% less. Opinion: Pure THEFT by deception. The battery's faulty & the seller wants me to pay postage. A partial refund offered, then not, for a battery that doesn't work. This seller is (in my opinion) Deceptive, Dishonest and cannot be trusted. There are many other honest sellers around
