They forgot the drive chassis in the first shipment, but were quick to mail these out. After attempting to boot up the server, I got a failure beep and shutdown with all 12 HDD showing red. The overheat and fan status lights are off and 5/12v lights are on as expected. Plusboards is already willing to send a new backplane, but I am verifying my AMCC PPC405CR RAID controller is compatible before that. Good experience, 1-2 day avg response.
