    Pricey but lightens lighter than the photo shows

    Too expensive but definitely lightens better than just about any other brand or color. Unfortunately, the color on the box is quite a bit darker than the color you get. Odd. Most of the time it's just the opposite. I buy lots of 'ultra light blonde' and end up with the dark blonde on the box. With this, I got bright light blonde. So I paid way more than usual for another box.

    Original formula Natural Instincts is the best

    Original formula is full of good conditioners, leaves hair feeling silky. Covers gray well. New formula-not so much. Actually, not at all
