Very fast shipment, well packed, and worked as advertised. I had an install problem and seller responded in hours "ON THE WEEKEND": and led me to a solution. IMPRESSIVE customer service. Not his fault, it was just the way the MFC was internally factory configured and no clue as to how to properly configure it in the installation instructions. But his telling me how it was installed at his location led to the solution to reset the internal settings. Highly Recommended !!

    A Real Workhorse if you need to print thousands per month/year but the software is more difficult/corporate instead of EZ Best Buy type printers

    I've printed tens of thousands on my 6180MFP and it keeps going like the Energizer bunny. Just need to buy toner once in a while and one time I had to replace the fuser. The screen said replace fuser so I bought one for about a hundred bucks on eBay. The software and ease of use isn't the best but if you need a printer to just print and print it's a real tank. I use other software like Windows scanner program. I think scanning with Xerox software was too difficult so I used some other software.
