Seller failed to properly package the item for safe shipping so coins arrived damaged. Four coin tubes broken open in transit causing the loose coins to get scratched in transit. Seller refused request for a small and reasonable partial refund equal to the value of the damaged coins leaving Buyer stuck with a damaged item.
