    Very good utility knife

    This knife came from Europe, so it took a little time to arrive. When it arrived, it turned out to be a good utility knife along with my existing 'red' handled Morakniv. I placed each in my emergency bag in my two vehicles and hope they don't have to be used in an emergency. Good quality, good price. I would recommend this product.

    Nice grip / handle

    Better than the 511 if you are going to be doing a lot of cutting for an extended period of time. Wish the 711 came with the 511 sheath though. My belt barely fits through the thin slots. So you will either have to use paracord or a dangler if your belt is thick or wide. Lucky Line Secure-A-Key is the cheapest way to go for a dangler that i know of. Put the key ring through the sheath slits and attach it to the Secure-A-Key on your belt.

    Great knife!

    Great knife and sheath at any reasonable cost but likely under $20, thus a screaming deal. Factory sharp is scary sharp, comfy handle, secure sheath. I'd say this knife is good for almost any intended use from whittling to fish cleaning with picnic and kitchen use tossed in for good measure. The carbon steel blade stays very sharp and is easy to touch up when needed. I like it better than stainless.

    Nothing quite as nice for the price

    Perfect for practical use and highly recommended, the value and quality of these knives has made them famous. Seems like it'll take quite a beating. Nice grip, comfortable fit, gorgeous carbon blade, easier to sharpen in a pinch. Hard case belt loop sheath makes it a vital "all'round" tool for your belt.

    A fantastic value!

    This knife certainly deserves all the praise it gets. For less than twenty dollars here is what you get: Superb steel with the best factory edge I have ever seen. A very secure sheath. An extremely comfortable and durable handle, well suited for folks with larger hands. It is extremely light for its utility and durability. Just check out You Tube to see demonstrations of how tough these little knives are. Their value is way beyond their cost. If you can handle a knife that uses synthetic materials to best advantage while retaining the excellent old school carbon steel blade, I think you will love this knife.
