BUYER BEWARE***** listing did not match item received, when contacting buyer, very arguable with issue and said item sold was of no value to them. Poor packaging as well. Careless seller…. Out money now. Hopefully this helps someone.

Buyer was offered to return for full refund. Instead tried to threaten me with negative. My feedback speaks for itself. It was a $15 VHS tape that was sealed when shipped and was bubble wrapped. Buyer could have split shrink wrap when opening for all I know. Literally a 1” split in the shrink wrap, yet I still offered to take it back. Buyer wanted refund and to keep the item IMO.

    Denon vs Integra

    OK, MY 14 yr old Integra battleship avr, started to act up. I found there was no fixing it through auth. service-no parts. I scoured ebay until I found this Denon. I swear it's burning in now, and was never used to full potential. It is incredibly clean, and looks new! Having been an Onkyo/Integra owner for many years, It took a bit to get used to the Denon sound. Once I realized it was "burning in" I allwed it time, and walla! It opened right up! Paired with the Oppo BDP-93 NE the sound is very lifelike and present. (Polk RTi series 5.1) Using dvd audio and BD high resolution to listen, There is a full soundstage in my room. Close your eyes and you will think the band is there. I see why Denon is so popular now. For what I paid, I got one heck of a deal!!

    Denon AVR 3801 Receiver

    This receiver has it all and I have acquired a jem on ebay. I didn't realize it but after reading official reviews I discovered that this receiver is just short of a THX Certification by only the lack of a THX label on its face. This receiver is and should have been certified THX, not that it matters, but regardless of the lack of, it is THX quality. This receiver has brought life in so many ways to my PSB home theater speaker system like never before. It is and will remain ahead of its time in the audio video playback arena. If this receiver appears again on ebay and you are looking for a receiver with multiple abilities, bid on this without hesitation. It's well worth it over all of the compitition.

    great experience

    I purchased Denon AVR 3801 7.1 channel 735 Watt Receiver in June, 2006. very powerful integrated amplifier, easy to operate. As usual, Denon has reliable products. The unit come with manual and remote. I like the manual which is easy to follow to set it up. I would recommend to buy it if you like quality sound.

    Great product, misleading ad

    Always liked Denon products, this receiver did not disappoint. Plenty of hookup options for any configuration, plenty of power to spare! The only negative about this product is that the remote control wasn't included and is now out of production. Future purchases of older (+4-5 years)equipment will always be preceded by plenty of research and close scrutiny of ad.
