    Great authentic Southwestern cookbook.

    I purchased this book as a gift for someone else. I have had a copy for at least 20 years. Every dish I have made from the recipes in the book have come out outstanding. I highly recommend the menudo. I will not eat menudo unless I make it using this recipe.
