Bought small eraser that I needed quickly. It was listed as 2 day promotional shipping so I figured buy from a small business instead of Amazon. I bought it on a weekend so I knew shipping wouldn’t happen until Monday. Monday comes. Nothing. Tuesday comes. Nothing. I messaged them. No answer. Wednesday comes. No tracking AGAIN and no answer when I messaged to inquire. At this point it’s a major fail even if I do eventually receive the eraser. It’s very disappointing. I will avoid this shop now

Because the item I ordered the seller sent me something different. And assured me it was the same. I requested a return on April 2 2024 from seller and have not received a return label or communication from yet. It’s now April 13 2024 and still no response of any sort. I do now want Hard Water Detail Polish. I ordered HARD WATER SPOT REMOVER. I even as the seller discount it some and I would keep it and give a good feedback. But that’s not happening now. Poor communication is not acceptable.
