I keep getting AZ MOTOR STALLED messages after which the satellite dish shut down. I contacted Winegard who said I needed a new azimuth motor. I ordered one and now am out an additional $130. In addition, the item was poorly packed, essentially a large flimsy cobbled together cardboard box filled with paper and cardboard packing. I believe this led to a damaged LNB head.
