First off, I have to say that NewEgg did nothing wrong in this transaction. They refunded my money quickly. However, I am glad this pc had a "hazardous materials irregularity" and UPS refused to deliver. I was able to get a new one with better components for a comparable price. This is an MSI issue. The quality control from MSI has gone further downhill. That being said, NewEgg is still my goto for pc components.
