Message after message wanting to know when is item was going to be delivered before the actual due for posting day was days of and the item was sent early witch was send parcel force 48 it was Christmas so a day or so late but still a week early within the delivery date I send him messages back but never read them and sent unpleasant messages back that's why I blocked him never wanted to deal with him again

DONT IGNORE YOUR CUSTOMERS THEN YOU WONT HAVE A PROBLEM, ADD THE TRACKING NUMBER THEN PEOPLE CAN FOLLOW THE PARCEL, SIMPLE STUFF, NOT ONE UNPLEASANT MESSAGE WAS SENT BY MYSELF. YOU DONT BLOCK A BUYER IN THE MIDDLE OF A TRANSACTION BECAUSE OF YOUR OWN ERRORS THATS JUST PURE IGNORANCE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
