    Item arrived in good condition, eventually. The item was paid for on 10/12, but the item did not ship out until 10/20. He claimed the local shipping company was at fault and I asked for a partial refund on the $450 shipping, and he refused telling me it wasnt his problem. It eventually arrived 10/25. Shipping was overpriced and slow. Seller believes that lots of useless communication takes the place of good service. The listing indicated delivery 10/17-19 making the delivery 1 week late.

    I am glad to hear the panel arrived in good condition (I was expecting nothing less). Again, as stated many times before, I cannot control the shipping or delivery. The "expected" delivery date of 10/19 IS NOT A Guaranteed delivery date of 10/19. Its "expected" - but NOTHING in the post said it would be guaranteed to arrive by the 19th. As you know, ALL COMMERCIAL PANELS are currently taking up to 24 weeks & longer to get these days. So consider yourself fortunate to have gotten this so fast.
