The chair is usable, however the bolt slot for the armrest are stripped out over half way, they can still be secured, if you have the correct bolts, because they just send whatever they have laying around apparently. The chair mesh has several as small tears, which were probably caused in shipping, because they just pile everything in a big box, with no packing at all. It is listed as used, however they should disclose the damage to it. Was told they would send $10 for bolts,which they did not.

The chair is very comfortable, there were some minor defects but the seller was kind enough to offer replacement parts as per their warranty. I've already recommended this chair to several coworkers and friends. 5/5 would purchase again!
